Start with pages where someone has something to buy
A site can get organic traffic and still deliver nothing for the business. I link the search task not to the homepage, but to a concrete next step: article → solution → lead.
The mistake I would remove first: Creating many pages for nearly identical queries.

What to prepare and what result to expect
- Outcome: A search visitor lands on a page that answers their exact job and explains what to do next.
- Build a table of query → intent → URL → proof → CTA → owner. One query must not lead to five identical pages.
- Keep source data and access rights separate from the result so you can verify what the SEO page map for lead generation did.
- For every commercial query check: its own H1, a concrete outcome, proof, FAQ, and a working form.
Build a page from query to lead
- Separate intent types
Label queries as learn, compare, choose, or order. “How to choose an air conditioner” and “air conditioner repair in Ho Chi Minh City” must not share one piece of copy.
Проверьте: The page answers one main question.
Если не сработало: Remove secondary queries from the H1 and make a separate piece later.
- Build a service page
Surface the problem, who the service is for, what is included, timelines, limits, price/range, process, proof, and CTA.
Проверьте: A person understands the outcome before opening the form.
Если не сработало: Ask a client what they still did not understand after the first screen.
- Add proof
Show client context, the starting situation, process, constraints, and outcome. Do not drop a generic testimonial with no link to the service.
Проверьте: The proof backs the page’s actual promise.
Если не сработало: Replace “we work with quality” with a fact, photo, timeline, or measurable result.
- Connect the page to the lead path
The CTA should explain the next step: get a quote, pick a slot, send a brief. Check the form, the post-submit response, and a link to a related useful resource.
Проверьте: The lead has a source URL and an owner.
Если не сработало: Make the CTA shorter and remove competing buttons.

I look for lost opportunities in reports
In Search Console open `Performance → Search results → Pages`, sort by impressions, and add CTR. In GA4 open `Reports → Engagement → Landing page` and add Key events. Look for pages with organic sessions but no `generate_lead`, not merely the most visited URLs.
Map the journey: problem → article, comparison → guide, purchase → commercial page, cost → calculator. An article about speed should lead to a speed check, not a homepage with ten services.

Want to see where leads are getting lost?

We will review indexing, analytics, and the path to the form.

Book a review

I count the lead, not interest
Keep `contact_click` as a supporting event. Fire `generate_lead` only after the form is accepted by the server, and mark it as a key event in GA4. After 28 days compare organic sessions, visits to commercial pages, successful leads, and the share of qualified leads.
An internal link should answer the next question
After an article about a problem, link not to “learn more,” but to “check the form and analytics.” Next to the CTA write what the person gets: a list of issues, a quote, or a short review. In a table store `source_url`, `target_url`, `anchor`, `intent_before`, `next_action`, and `lead_event`.
Once a month review pages with visits but no lead. Sometimes the CTA is fine and the destination page fails the promise. Then fix the pair, not add another button.
Which pages the business needs first
| Criterion | Question | Good sign |
|---|---|---|
| Input | What exactly enters the SEO page map that generates leads? | Build a table of query → intent → URL → proof → CTA → owner. One query must not lead to five identical pages. |
| Action | What is the system allowed to do on its own? | Only prelisted actions, without access to the entire account |
| Verification | How do you know the result is acceptable? | For every commercial query check: its own H1, a concrete outcome, proof, FAQ, and a working form. |
| Failure | Where do unclear cases go? | Merge pages with the same intent, or add real experience, process, and a next step to the weak page. |
What should change after setup
A search visitor lands on a page that answers their exact job and explains what to do next.

Why traffic arrives but does not know what to do
Creating many pages for nearly identical queries.
Sending a commercial query to a generic article.
Treating a testimonial as proof without context.
Keeping the same CTA for every stage of the decision.
When a site map needs a separate strategy
You need a specialist to design a large keyword map, migrate old URLs, or connect SEO to CRM and ads.
What to check on a service page
Who is this SEO page map for leads approach for?
An SEO site generates leads by commercial intent pages, proof, objection answers, and one clear next step—not by article count.
Where do you start if everything is still manual?
Build a table of query → intent → URL → proof → CTA → owner. One query must not lead to five identical pages.
How do you check that the setup will not hurt you?
For every commercial query check: its own H1, a concrete outcome, proof, FAQ, and a working form.
What if the result is unclear?
Merge pages with the same intent, or add real experience, process, and a next step to the weak page.
